Looking to grow your career in real estate with a high-performing, supportive team? We’re adding a Licensed Real Estate Assistant / Marketing & Admin Support Specialist to join Team Mercie!

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves real estate, thrives on organization, and enjoys both client interaction and behind-the-scenes execution.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Support listings from “coming soon” to closing
✔ Show homes & assist buyers throughout the process
✔ Help prepare CMAs and research properties
✔ Manage social media + create marketing (Canva)
✔ Coordinate client gifts, events, and mailings
✔ Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

What We’re Looking For:
• Active real estate license
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with MLS systems, ShowingTime, Canva, and Google tools
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule (some evenings + weekends required)

The Details:
• Approx. 30 hours/week (flexible)
• Includes evenings + rotating weekends
• Involvement in fun client events (BBQ, Gratitude Night & more!)
• Variety of work—no two days look the same
